Meet Our Founder
Barry Usher, the founder of Macro Recruitment, is a seasoned entrepreneur with roots in the aviation industry. After selling his aviation business to a US firm in 2012, he spent five years in senior roles, including a three-year tenure as a HR Recruitment Executive in the Irish public health service.
With a Diploma in Employment Law from the Technological University, Dublin, Barry is committed to delivering exceptional value to all Macro Recruitment clients. Outside work, he enjoys flying light aircraft and is a member of the Irish Olympic Trap shooting team.
