Interview and referencing
We’ll fully support you in arranging interviews with each candidate, take feedback at regular intervals, and ensure that both parties are fully informed at every stage. We’re also happy to take references if required.
Offer management
Once a suitable package has been agreed upon, we’ll present the offer to the successful candidate and support them through any negotiation. We’ll stay in regular contact with both you and the candidate until they start.
