Our client is a family run dealership with 30+ years Motor Trade experience. Their team consists of highly trained technicians working with industry leading technology and equipment.
The Workshop Office Administrator will join the Service Department team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the motor industry.
Job Title: Workshop Office Administrator
Location: Co. Sligo
Main Function & Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers & staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Setting up maintenance plans
- Liaise with external companies to ensure standard are maintained
- Allocation and overseeing of daily job cards issued to the service team
- Understanding of mechanical issues and an ability to assist with diagnosis
- An ability to interpret and apply the needs of the manufacturer to specific repair jobs
- Liaise with the Service Manager and customer facing personnel
- Manage the large I.T. component to the role
Person Requirements:
- Experience working within the motor industry
- Highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative
- Customer orientated with an excellent phone manner
- Good people management skills
