Role Overview:
The Fitting Manager is a key member of the senior team, reporting into the General Manager. The role is focused on all aspects of developing and managing installation operations.
The Installation Team comprises of both employee and contractor installation teams and a centralised scheduling office.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management of the Fitting Staff
Scheduling of Fitting Work
Achievement of Fitting Plan
Systems Development (Fitting Schedule, Job Sheets, Performance Measurement)
Operational Procedures, Routine and Efficiencies, Work Standards,
Fleet Management
Trainee/Apprentice Development
Requirements:
10 + years flooring installation experience in either a domestic or commercial setting,
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Positive and Focused
Full Driving Licence
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
High level of technical knowledge and ability in the area of flooring installation.
The ability to lead and to inspire teams
Supervisory and Managerial ability
